This was taken so long ago, colour film hadn't been invented. Actually, the only photo I now have is out of a very old ONFILM magazine - back when you could send in your crew photos and they would actually publish them! We were north of Auckland, New Zealand, in the tiny rural community of Ahuroa. That is Robin Brooke in the middle, the former All Black rugby player with presenter Wayne Douglas. We were doing a story about the Brooke family for regional TV and this is where Robin (and his famous brother Zinzan) grew up and went to school. Most of the kids here didn't have a clue who he was as the generation gap was a little large! On the left of screen is the infamous Phil Buhler... aka audio operator, technical assistant, electrician, surfer and collector of anything old. The best guy I have ever had watch my back!
